Yes its looking pretty schmick-o now if I might say so myself! I’ve popped in the new Soundcloud player to replace my old dodgy flash one I had going. Also I added some nice icon links to my other pages like Twitter and Facebook so you can easily navigate it and I added an Upcoming Events section. Here you can checkout all the dates I’m playing at, what time and where all with google calendar. Neat huh? :)

A2. Javier Morillas – Don’t Stop The Groove
B1. Slynk – Miss Funky Fox
B2. D*Funk – Feeling Funky

Reviews

After the amazing success of Feature Funk Vol. 1 and Vol. 2 we are glad to introduce two new artists on Manmade. D*Funk a well known breakbeat producer from the South of England and an upcoming breaks producer Javier Morillas hailing from Granada, Spain. Again on this Record, Manmade the guys behind this project and Slynk the best producer coming out of Brisbane.

CMC & Silenta provide another marvelous addition for the dance floor. “Just A Little More” contains an old and fairly unknown sample from the 50’s, using the catchy vox, adding a phat bass-line and a mischievous bit of a ragga creating the feeling you expect from the mash up kings. Javier Morillas did an amazing old school anthem with everything you need to think “Don’t Stop The Groove”. Driving old school beats, incredible bass-line and perfectly arranged guitar, vocal and horn samples. This one will please any party crowd with no exception!

We’re proud to present Slynk’s disco-breaks tune “Miss Funky Fox” alongside D*Funk’s disco-hiphop-break-beat track. “Miss Funky Fox” lives up to its promise, ladies will be shaking their hips and getting downright funky. Once again Slynk comes up with a funky-disco tune without compromise. D*Funk accomplished a track that contains at least 4 different styles and fits it perfectly together, we had to listen twice to realize what he gave us! Big drum set and funky bass-line let “Feeling Funky” be a peak time favorite.

“Another great release! Javier Morillas is my pick of the bunch.”
- Featurecast

“Love your track and D*funk, great stuff!”
- Slim (Goodgroove Records)

“Miss Funky Fox is near perfect in its disco funk delivery.”
- Funk Weapons

“I truly think that your track ‘Just A Little More’ and Javier Morillas’ one are bombs!!!”
- DJ Prosper (East Records)

“Lovin’ all tracks on this release. Big ups guys, Manmade is becoming one of the best labels in the party funk world.”
- Maelstrom (Labrock/Katorza/FR)

B2. Slynk – You’re The Fool

Reviews

With no surprise, this Feature Funk has a wide range of club bangers perfect for everybody to spin. First up with an incredible breaks track, we got “Basement Freaks – Lauren Beat” which is sure to impresses with its driving beats, chunky bass line and well known vocals. The second cut is by Funkanomics. It’s sure to become a breaks anthem. The perfectly arranged Hendrix samples will have “Crosstown Shelter” getting you up on your feet for sure!

On the B side you’ll find Cmc & Silenta’s reedit of “Voodoo Workin”. Designed with fat kick drums, catchy bass lines and unique piano and brass loops, there are no doubts the ladies will shake their hips to this banger. The last cut is by one of the best upcoming DJ and producers from down under, Slynk with his track “You’re the fool”. This is one of the most banging funk explosions that has ever reached our ears! You really would be a fool not to have it in your record bag.
